Server status update.

We are on a new server, new OS. Lots of legacy code is broken. So the system is being refactored into containers to support legacy code as well as new code.

The mail services are also being rebuilt. We are migrating to new mail software, and old addresses will need to be archived and reestablished. Please move your email messages to local folders on your computer.
